My undergrad thesis (on AI-first GTM)

July 2025

Sam Altmam predicted that AI could soon enable a solo founder to build a company worth $1 billion. I wanted to understand what this meant from a go-to-market perspective: does a reality exist where the end-to-end sales funnel is run with no human beings? And if it does, how? To explore these questions, I interviewed founders and AI strategists, wrote Python scripts to analyze company financials, and dug into company records and earnings calls. The result is my undergrad thesis for my Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science: The Zero-Person Sales Team: Evaluating Outcomes, Success Indicators, and Best Practices of AI-First Go-to-Market Models.
